Compensation: $32/hour. Our employee benefits package includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision), a 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave, depending on the work location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments in accordance with established payment terms.
- Engage in Business to Business collections while collaborating with management and Sales to provide exceptional customer service and achieve monthly targets and organizational goals.
- Enhance Day Sales Outstanding to align with the company's monthly and yearly objectives.
- Contact all overdue accounts while upholding agreed payment terms.
- Coordinate with customers to arrange payment plans for upcoming and overdue invoices.
- Facilitate the transition of accounts to ACH/Checks from credit card payments and advocate for electronic invoicing.
- Address any invoice discrepancies promptly to ensure proper payment is received.
- Collaborate with field personnel to address any problematic accounts or situations to achieve shared objectives.
