Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in local site safety and quality audits to promote a culture of excellence
  • Assist in the development of continuous improvement activities to drive business growth
  • Conduct full inspections of vehicles for any damage or factory defects
  • Participate in or solely conduct quality surveys in various departments to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Join in Safety Committee meetings and conduct employee health and safety audits across the facility to promote a safe working environment
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all quality and safety issues to management

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, customer requirements, and basic math
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record
  • Highly task-focused to work unsupervised and be accountable for assigned tasks
  • Physical ability to work in confined spaces and at times adverse weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, etc.)
  • Lift, carry, and hold items up to 30 lbs
  • Walk or stand for long periods while occasionally needing to bend, stoop, or climb steep ladders
  • Ability to drive vehicles with manual and automatic transmission
  • Good communication skills, collaborate well with team members

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an automotive or warehousing role
