Job Summary

As a Retail Customer Service Representative at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional member experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that members feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front end area and self-checkout lanes
Process member purchases accurately and efficiently, using registers or self-checkout systems
Resolve member issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
