Job Summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Global Accounting to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts. This is a critical role that will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial information to ensure the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage financial analysis projects to improve TTI's global systems and processes.
  • Oversee all internal and external financial reporting to ensure accurate and reliable reporting of the company's financial condition.
  • Responsible for researching technical accounting issues and implementing solutions to comply with generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Establish and implement financial policies, control standards, and corporate budgetary control systems.
  • Direct the internal audit of the company's financial records and/or internal control processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, plus a CPA (or equivalent certification).
  • Minimum of 10+ years of related experience, including experience in accounting, finance, and oversight of transactional finance departments.
  • Public Accounting experience, including greater than one year at a manager level, is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and other technical accounting materials.
  • Business, leadership, and strategic thinking skills for planning and managing budgets, projects, etc.
