Position Summary

The Loan Operations Associate plays a crucial role in supporting transactions across various portfolios, including Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Wealth Management, Managed Assets, Retail, and Community Lending. Responsibilities include processing loan payments, payoffs, advances, wires, and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage loan requests and inquiries, including payments, advances, maintenance, and research, while reconciling items from the loan control account and reviewing Teller Reports for backdating processes.
  • Ensure that all transactions between the loan system and general ledger are accurately balanced, and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services sector.
  • Experience in office settings or as a teller; familiarity with loan operations and documentation is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficient in general computer skills.
