Job Summary

As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, controlling expenses, and supervising associates to ensure exceptional customer service and store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Generate sales gains by providing exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding Company Objectives in all individual statistics, and learning to provide consistent, documented appraisal of an associate's sales performance.
  • Expense Control: Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies, assist in preparation of store work schedules, and follow all policies to accurately manage store inventory.
  • Associate Supervision: Act as Store Manager on duty for employee scheduling issues, customer complaints, and other matters when the Store Manager is not present, and manage store associates through thorough use of LIDS Training Programs and goal setting.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus one year relative experience.
  • Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
  • Ability to operate a computer and maneuver relative software programs.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a ladder.
