Aerospace Assembly Technician

We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Assembly Technician to join our team at RTX. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing gas turbine engines, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and test gas turbine engine modules, subassemblies, and accessories
- Follow specified work instructions, assembly floor specifications, and computer-generated work instructions to ensure compliance with requirements
- Complete all necessary build records and documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned by supervision
- High School or General Equivalency Diploma
- 1+ years of related experience or a completed degree/certificate from a post-secondary or vocational school in a related field
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to read and understand commercial and military procedures and technical data
- Flexibility in job assignments and ability to perform a variety of assembly functions
- May be required to train for, obtain, and maintain licenses, operator permits, and certifications
