Job Summary:

RTX is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for building and disassembling gas turbine engine modules, subassemblies, and accessories. You will follow specified work instructions, complete build records, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and disassemble gas turbine engine modules, subassemblies, and accessories
  • Follow specified work instructions, including assembly floor specifications, computer-generated work instructions, assembly drawings, and work orders
  • Complete build records and other required documentation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • High School or General Equivalency Diploma
  • 1+ years of related experience or a completed degree/certificate from a post-secondary or vocational school in a related field
  • U.S. citizenship is required

Role Type:

This role is Onsite. Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Minimum Program Qualifications:

  • Be on a career break of one or more year at time of application
  • Have prior experience in functional area of interest
  • Have interest in returning in either a full-time or part-time position
