How You'll Shine:


As a Maintenance Technician II, you will contribute to creating dream vacations by delivering high-quality maintenance services, utilizing your technical skills and customer service knowledge to ensure that each unit and facility is in optimal condition.

The target salary range for this position is $20.00

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize your intermediate knowledge of facility maintenance, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and necessary repairs.


Perform plumbing tasks such as maintaining pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs using techniques like soldering and PVC.

Replace electrical components such as breakers, ballasts, and fixtures, while identifying and addressing potential electrical hazards.

Conduct preventative maintenance on all systems, including HVAC.


Execute repairs on interior walls, coverings, and ceilings by patching drywall, replacing materials, and painting.

Inspect and clean building systems, reporting any deficiencies to your supervisor, while adhering to safety protocols.
