Job Summary

Otterbein Granville, a 5-Star Rated Life Plan Community, is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in directing resident care, collaborating with physicians and multi-disciplinary team members, and providing physical and psychological support to residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for elders
  • Recognize the autonomy and dignity of all elders
  • Understand how to place decision-making in the hands of the elders
  • Focus on providing high-quality service and care

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of approved nursing program
  • Licensure: Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR
  • Experience: At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long-term care experience preferred

What We Offer

Otterbein Granville offers a competitive salary, starting from $26.00 per hour, with $5.00 differentials for 2nd and 3rd shift. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings.
