Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Otterbein SeniorLife. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and promoting a sense of dignity and respect for our elderly population.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct resident care and provide physical and psychological support to residents, families, and team members.
  • Collaborate with physicians, residents, and multi-disciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure seamless care transitions and address any concerns or issues.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved nursing program.
  • Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and CPR certification.
  • At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long-term care experience preferred.
