Job Summary

As a Pricing Coordinator at Food Lion, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our pricing system. This position requires a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless interactions with colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness, providing fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
  • Ensure that all advertising and sales promotion materials are properly utilized, and replace tags for each item that changes price in all departments.
  • Verify prices and tags for 1000 items in the store each week, using the wireless handheld unit, and correct any differences.
  • Order and maintain all Warehouse and DSD replacement shelf tags, and communicate prices not transmitted correctly or any discrepancies to the Customer Support Center.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask are also essential.
