Role Summary

Hickory Industries Inc. is a global leader in the manufacture of commercial rotisseries, churrasco grills, and display warmers for the food service and retail sectors.

We are seeking an accomplished Salesperson to join our team and drive revenue growth through effective sales leadership and team management.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Leverage sales expertise to build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reporting to senior management.
  • Cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Promote a culture of excellence and innovation within the sales team.

Annual Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
