Key Responsibilities

Your Role Will Include:

  • Taking charge of financial services engagements and delegating tasks to team members as necessary.
  • Providing guidance to staff and seniors on specific technical matters.
  • Managing client service responsibilities effectively.
  • Supervising team members, offering training, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Driving innovation by identifying and addressing emerging issues.
Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years of recent experience in Public Accounting within a financial services context.
  • A solid grasp of audit and attest services, including familiarity with FASB regulations and GAAP.
  • A Bachelor's degree and successful completion of the CPA exam or possession of a CPA license are mandatory.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard accounting software.
