Aldrich CPAs and Advisors is seeking a Financial Audit Lead to enhance our expanding office. The Financial Audit Lead will oversee audits, reviews, and compilations from initiation to completion, primarily focusing on our clients in the construction sector. Key Responsibilities- Oversee financial services engagements and delegate tasks to team members as necessary.
- Serve as a resource for team members on technical matters and inquiries.
- Manage client service responsibilities effectively.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing training and conducting performance evaluations.
- Drive innovation by identifying and addressing emerging issues.
- A minimum of 5 years of recent experience in Public Accounting within a financial services capacity.
- Comprehensive understanding of audit and attest services, including FASB regulations and GAAP.
- A Bachelor's degree and successful completion of the CPA exam or possession of a CPA license is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard accounting software.

This information is provided in compliance with applicable state equal pay and pay equity legislation. The compensation range for this position is estimated between $120,000 and $140,000, depending on various factors such as experience, skills, education, and other job-related criteria.
Additional InformationThis is a full-time position. Candidates must be located in or near the operational area. Some travel may be required, primarily along the west coast.
