We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Valet (Part-time) to join our team. As a Valet (Part-time), you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with their vehicles, luggage, and other needs.
  • Valet Parking: Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and courteous manner, using claim tickets to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Guest Rooming Process: Assist guests with check-in and check-out, including luggage handling and escorting them to their rooms.
  • Taxis and Transportation: Arrange for taxis and other transportation services as needed.
  • Guest Van Transportation: Provide transportation services for guests, including airport pickups and drop-offs.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness of guest service areas, including the lobby entrance, valet parking area, and luggage storage areas.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with guests, colleagues, and management, using a professional and courteous tone.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Hotel Experience: Preferred.
  • Professional Appearance and Manner: Must maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Driving Skills: Ability to drive vans, trucks, and automobiles, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods, and to lift and/or carry packages and luggage up to 75 pounds.
