Job Title: RV Technician

We are seeking a skilled RV Technician to join our team at Blue Compass RV. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance work on RV units to ensure they are in excellent condition for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, carpentry, HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing problems on RV units
  • Document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services
  • Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor
  • Plan workday with Service Advisors/Service Manager for maximum efficiency
  • Perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with company standards
Requirements:
  • Knowledge in trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.)
  • Certification from college or technical school in trade field or equivalent work experience
  • RVTI certification preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of 1 year maintenance or mechanical experience preferred
