We are seeking a highly skilled RV Inventory Manager to join our team at Blue Compass RV, a leading provider of RV sales and service. As an RV Inventory Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all RV inventory, including new, used, and traded vehicles.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth inventory flow and accurate documentation.
  • Inspect units for internal and external damage and take photos for documentation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of inventory.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Valid Driver's License.
