HR Officer

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Officer to manage employee and contingent worker administration. Responsibilities include overseeing timesheets, coordinating travel logistics, preparing HR documents, and maintaining personnel records. The role also involves supporting payroll and handling HR inquiries.
The HR Officer will be in charge of the administration matters of our employees and the contingent workers we hire on temporary basis. This includes:
- The management of the contingent workers timesheets and the coordination with the agencies for the mobilizations, demobilizations and invoicing
- The travel logistics of our On Site employees (visa, flight tickets, accommodation, transportation
- Preparation of the HR documentation such as, but not limited to employment contracts, amendments, mission orders, certificates
- Collection and verification of the timesheets and the expense claims of our On Site employees in order to prepare the monthly payroll variable data
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Participation on ongoing HR activities
