About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the development of our client platform. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring our platform aligns with MindGlow Health's mission and meets user needs. From roadmap development to product launch, you'll drive innovation and enhance user engagement. This role is remote, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a product roadmap that reflects the needs of our clients and business.

Engage in market research, gather user feedback, and analyze competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Translate these insights into actionable product features, prioritizing those that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Collaborate with clinical, support, marketing, and technical teams to gather and refine product requirements that align with business goals and user needs.

Lead the creation of detailed product specifications and guide the development process from start to finish.

Work closely with designers and analysts to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces.

Coordinate with the development team to plan and execute sprints.

Oversee user acceptance testing to validate new functionalities before they go live.

Monitor platform performance and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and prioritize future enhancements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for launching new features and ensure they resonate with our target audience.

Requirements

A strong background in product management, ideally within digital health.

A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or engineering is required.

Well-versed in product development processes and agile methodologies.

Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.

Understanding of user experience design and familiarity with product analytics tools.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent project management skills to ensure timely product delivery.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Customer-centric mindset and deep understanding of user needs.

Technical fluency to engage effectively with developers.
