Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Interactions: Greet every guest, member, and team member with a warm and friendly demeanor, setting a positive tone for every interaction.
  • Reservations Management: Process reservations, manage waitlists, and ensure accurate and timely communication with guests and servers.
  • Dining Room Operations: Monitor restaurant activity, manage seating and dining flow, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner, providing solutions and exceeding expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive, supportive team environment.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
