Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work closely with a 3rd-grade student who requires individualized support due to autism and non-verbal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to a student with autism, focusing on developing communication skills and managing challenging behaviors.
- Collaborate with the student's educational team to create and implement personalized behavior plans.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records of student behavior and therapy sessions.
- Participate in regular training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in behavioral therapy.
Requirements:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in behavior specialist roles
- Strong understanding of autism and behavioral therapy principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
