Work Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday; 12pm - 8:30pm
Role Purpose:
Warehouse associates are integral to our operational success.
They engage actively, safely, and independently to ensure the smooth flow of products through our distribution channels while upholding quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
Warehouse associates select, package, and monitor inventory levels within the facility. They are responsible for directing, stocking, selecting, and replenishing products.
Key Duties Include:
- Selecting items according to printed customer orders and delivery sequences.
- Consolidating products into containers and transferring them to designated locations.
- Directing surplus inventory to its proper location.
- Ensuring adequate stock to meet routine and special demands.
- Maintaining an organized workstation; returning supplies and products to their assigned places.
- Adhering to all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures as per company guidelines.
- Ensuring a safe work environment and reporting any unsafe conditions or actions immediately.
- Verifying and scanning the correct locations of products.
- Monitoring stock levels and transferring items as necessary.
- Separating large units into pick quantities and shelving them appropriately.
- Performing other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Must be available to work scheduled shifts and required overtime.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Capable of lifting, stacking, and pulling products from various heights, weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to approximately 60 to 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout the shift.
- Able to work in environments with varying temperatures, including cooler, freezer, and dry areas.
- Must obtain certifications for powered equipment, such as Forklift operation.
- Pass post-offer drug screening and background check.
