About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically capable individual to join our Warehouse Team as a Night Shift Order Picker. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely selection of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Build and wrap pallets to meet productivity and accuracy standards
  • Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate electric pallet jacks safely
  • Move products from racks to pallets using order selecting software and equipment
  • Validate product selection and ensure damage-free products
  • Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink wrap palletized orders
  • Collaborate with team members to clear aisles of debris and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a multi-temperature environment (-5° to over 100°)
  • Comfortable lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively
  • Ability to read and communicate in English
  • Availability to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday - Thursday
  • Recent experience in high endurance or highly physical activity
