  • Minimum 3 years of HR leadership experience, with a focus on employee relations and HR strategy.
  • Knowledge of U.S. employment laws, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Experience in developing employee relations frameworks, with a focus on innovation and best practices.
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to empower employees and drive results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance HR processes.
