As a Senior Portfolio Manager within PNC's Midland division, you will be based in a location within the PNC Midland footprint.
Job Profile
As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including:
• Assessing asset or client cash flows, balance sheets, long-term strategic plans, and other pertinent financial data.
• Analyzing financial statements related to the asset, market conditions, and economic indicators to evaluate the economic and compliance implications for asset operations.
• Managing portfolios and/or complex customer requests while conducting transaction analyses.
• Interpreting loan agreements, servicing contracts, and transaction structures.
• Potentially conducting risk assessments, generating investor reports, escalating issues as necessary, and overseeing credit risk and compliance documentation.Key Responsibilities
- Manage portfolios and/or complex customer requests while performing transaction analyses.
- Review and process customer requests related to asset servicing, monitor assets on the watch list, and may transition assets to specialized servicing areas. Prepare and present cases and approval documents for leadership review.
- Coordinate inspections and compile reports as necessary.
- Analyze financial statements related to the asset, market conditions, and economic data to assess the economic and compliance implications for asset operations. Interpret loan agreements and servicing contracts. Conduct risk assessments, generate investor reports, and escalate issues as needed while managing credit risk and compliance documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and may update policies and procedures as required.
- Engage in frequent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders, which may include high-touch clients and their representatives, outside counsel, agencies, special servicers, and investors.
