Our client is in search of a Financial Operations Manager to oversee their accounting division.
The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising a small team and ensuring that financial data is accurately managed and reported to the leadership of their business unit.
Key responsibilities include managing the month-end closing process, conducting variance analysis, overseeing lease payments for land and buildings, handling capital expenditure management, preparing monthly forecasts, and leading the annual budgeting process.
In addition to financial oversight, the Financial Operations Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify requirements for information systems and technology, developing communication strategies for system enhancements.
This role will also involve coordinating with IT to implement efficient workflows and manage the integration of systems to facilitate data extraction and automation.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
• 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency in SAP
• Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups
Preferred Qualifications
• MBA
• CPA, CMA, or CFM designation is advantageous
• Relevant industry experience
