Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise to build trust and rapport with clients.
  2. Relationship Building: Foster strong, collaborative partnerships with various business units to drive cross-selling and meet client needs.
  3. Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit assessments to determine initial credit worthiness, ensuring credit quality standards are met and maintained.
  4. Transaction Management: Coordinate with the Loan Committee to underwrite transactions, negotiate optimal terms, and close deals.
  5. Client Service: Provide exceptional service to assigned commercial clients, addressing their deposit, loan, and other product needs.
  6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and meetings.
  7. Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of corporate banking products and services, as well as bank operating policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Banking.
  • CRE (C&I) certification a plus.
  • Strong credit background.
