Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Outreach professional to join our team at Healing Hands Ministries Inc. As a key member of our Community Outreach team, you will play a vital role in connecting our healthcare services with the Dallas community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with community partners to promote our healthcare services.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with future patients and their families.
  • Provide assistance with patient enrollment at community events and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with social agencies to provide comprehensive support to our patients.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's degree preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Sociology, Psychology, Community Health, or a related field is a plus.
  • Clinical experience is essential, with a background in Community Health and Engagement highly valued.
  • Strong relationship-building and people-engagement skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Flexibility to work at evening and weekend events is required.
  • Medicaid enrollment experience is a significant advantage.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
