Join Our Team as a Clinical Outreach Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Outreach Liaison to join our team at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance our clinical services and grow our patient base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, payers, and other stakeholders to promote our clinical services and grow our patient base.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing strategies to achieve our goals.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials to promote our clinical services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing and outreach, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our services and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as nursing, healthcare administration, or marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, with a focus on marketing, outreach, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, payers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
