Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide speech therapy services to patients, including evaluations, assessments, and treatments, in accordance with policy and the individualized care plan.
- Document all patient interactions and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
- Valid professional SLP license in the state of practice.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to patient homes and work in a fast-paced environment.
