About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to patients in our adult acute care and inpatient rehab settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' language, motor speech, and dysphagia skills
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Meet documentation standards and accurately charge for services rendered
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in speech-language pathology

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SC license and Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP)
  • 1 year of experience in adult settings (preferable but not required)
