About the Role

We're looking for a self-motivated and deadline-driven individual who is passionate about creating unique learning experiences for youth. As a Curriculum Developer Intern, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-energy, interactive workshops and summer camp curriculum, as well as creating instructional materials in various formats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging learning experiences for youth through the creation of interactive workshops and summer camp curriculum.
  • Design and develop instructional materials, including courses, student guides, training manuals, teaching aids, and videos.
  • Research and identify learning activities and technologies to incorporate into training programs.
  • Collaborate with the Curriculum Development Manager and other team members to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Occasionally assist in hosting and scheduling online training initiatives through Google Meet and Zoom.
  • Participate in collecting and organizing feedback on existing training programs and materials.
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with established instructional design principles, such as ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer proficiency, preferably with Google Suite.
