Curriculum Developer Intern

Passion for Life, Inc. is a dynamic non-profit organization dedicated to empowering students to discover their passions and build fulfilling careers. We're seeking a talented Curriculum Developer Intern to join our team and contribute to the creation of engaging learning experiences for youth.
About the RoleWe're looking for a self-motivated and deadline-driven individual who is passionate about creating unique learning experiences for youth. As a Curriculum Developer Intern, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-energy, interactive workshops and summer camp curriculum, as well as creating instructional materials in various formats.
Key Responsibilities- Develop engaging learning experiences for youth through the creation of interactive workshops and summer camp curriculum.
- Design and develop instructional materials, including courses, student guides, training manuals, teaching aids, and videos.
- Research and identify learning activities and technologies to incorporate into training programs.
- Collaborate with the Curriculum Development Manager and other team members to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Occasionally assist in hosting and scheduling online training initiatives through Google Meet and Zoom.
- Participate in collecting and organizing feedback on existing training programs and materials.
- 6 months of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field.
- Familiarity with established instructional design principles, such as ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer proficiency, preferably with Google Suite.
