Intensive Care Unit Telemetry Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intensive Care Unit Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team at Swedish Issaquah. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data to inform care decisions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including medication management, wound care, and other interventions.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year ICU Telemetry nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty.
