Intensive Care Unit Telemetry Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our ICU Telemetry team at Swedish Issaquah. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, providing high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient safety and outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year ICU Telemetry Nursing experience.
