Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review account documentation for loans, ensuring completeness and compliance with regulatory and bank policies.
- Review loan files to ensure all collateral has been properly secured and maintain and clear CIP, credit, insurance, and policy exceptions.
- Maintain and prepare future maturities, open and close DDA, Savings, and TD accounts, and complete customer transactions.
- File maintenance, address changes, CIP updates, check/check card orders, transfers, wires, and other tasks.
- Coordinate loan renewal efforts, process invoices and expense reports, and cover phone calls and customer meetings as needed.
- Promote the bank's products and services, build and maintain positive relations with customers, potential customers, and coworkers, and contribute to the fulfillment of department and company objectives and goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or 2-6 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Exceptional verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write reports and correspondence, read and comprehend documents, and calculate basic financial figures and amounts.
- Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, internet, email, database, presentation, and project software (Microsoft Office).
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to complete detailed work, enter data correctly using keyboard, typewriter, and calculator, and operate general office equipment.
