Equipment Sales and Customer Relationship Manager

As a key member of the Central Sales, Inc. team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with customers to meet their equipment needs. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, coordinating rental fleet operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Sales and Rental Coordination
- Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up after sales
- Provide solutions to satisfy customers' equipment needs, ensuring profitability for both parties
- Coordinate rental fleet activities, including scheduling and collecting pre-payments
Equipment Expertise
- Requirements:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Bobcat and compact equipment features and uses
- Demonstrate and train customers on equipment usage and benefits
Rental Fleet Operations
- Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate rental of units, ensuring seamless logistics
- Collect rental pre-payments and insurance information
Benefits and Compensation
- Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
- Hourly Wage: Negotiable, starting at $18.00/hour
- Monthly Sales Commission: 10% of gross margin
- Annual Year-End Bonus: Up to 15% of wages, based on sales goals
