Position Summary

The Housekeeping Runner plays a vital role within the Housekeeping department, tasked with assisting Housekeepers and ensuring that guest accommodations and communal spaces are pristine, organized, and well-supplied. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong work ethic, a positive demeanor, and exceptional customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist housekeepers by delivering necessary supplies, disposing of waste, and maintaining cleanliness in shared areas.
  • Promptly and efficiently deliver requested items to guest rooms.
  • Welcome guests and address their inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • Restock linen closets and other storage facilities.
  • Conduct daily property walks to ensure a clean and inviting environment.
  • Report maintenance concerns to the housekeeping supervisor.
  • Keep a tidy and organized workspace.

  • Availability to work overnight shifts is required.
