About the Role:
The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Professional Leader to join our team. This role will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining extensive cybersecurity initiatives for the enterprise.

About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with 8+ years of IT and/or business experience and 5+ years of work experience in cybersecurity, privacy, or risk management. Your expertise in presenting and running training programs will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity awareness and training programs
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to design relevant and engaging content for cybersecurity training programs
* Utilize innovative learning methodologies and technologies to enhance the effectiveness and engagement of training programs
* Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives and identify areas for improvement or additional support

About Our Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and the option for working remotely two days.
