**Job Overview:** A prestigious, 23-hospital academic health system in Cleveland, OH is seeking a seasoned Healthcare Technology Management Executive to lead its HTM program. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence, foster client relationships, and ensure compliance in a complex healthcare technology environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, establishing and maintaining strong governance structures and partnerships.
  • Mentor and coach a diverse team, fostering professional growth and development across all levels.
  • Oversee budget management and financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and communicating results to senior management.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing all safety programs and recommending changes as necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and company policies.
  • Address and propose solutions for cybersecurity challenges to protect healthcare systems and data.
  • Promote and support diversity initiatives within the workplace.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of management experience, particularly within a large healthcare environment.
  • Proven track record in Healthcare Technology Management.
  • Strong business acumen, decision-making abilities, and budget management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership with experience in building client relationships and leading teams.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance standards and cybersecurity challenges in healthcare.
  • Ability to execute predictable, reliable, and repeatable operational excellence.
