About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Blender Operator to join our team at Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC. As a key member of our agronomy solutions team, you will be responsible for unloading, loading, and blending fertilizer formulations to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload railcars and trucks of fertilizer and load them into storage facilities.
  • Blend and load fertilizer formulations according to customer specifications.
  • Maintain conveyor systems and ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Ensure cleanliness in fertilizer storage and loadout areas.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned by leader.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must pass a drug test and background check.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Can operate a forklift.
  • Attention to detail.
Work Environment

The work environment for this position is that of a typical warehouse and distribution environment where the noise level is usually moderate to loud and occasionally very loud.
