About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Blender Operator to join our team at Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC. As a key member of our agronomy solutions team, you will be responsible for blending and loading fertilizer formulations, maintaining conveyor systems, and ensuring the cleanliness of fertilizer storage and loadout areas.

Responsibilities
  • Blend and load fertilizer formulations
  • Maintain conveyor systems
  • Unload railcars and trucks of fertilizer
  • Maintain cleanliness in fertilizer storage and loadout areas
  • Maintain run-off
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned by leader
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must pass a drug test and background check
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Can operate a forklift
  • Attention to detail
Work Environment

The work environment for this position is that of a typical warehouse and distribution environment where the noise level is usually moderate to loud and occasionally very loud. In this position, the employee regularly works near moving equipment/mechanical parts and could be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, chemical and biological hazards and a risk of electrical shock.
