Senior Estimator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at GPAC. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a critical role in reviewing and understanding project documents, assessing project risks, and developing cost estimates for Civil Infrastructure and Underground Utilities projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and understand project documents, including conceptual estimates
  • Assess project risks and develop cost estimates for Civil Infrastructure and Underground Utilities projects
  • Manage and develop cost estimates for "at risk" projects, including material, labor, equipment, and general condition costs
  • Participate in meetings with clients, owners, and engineers to discuss project logistics and schedules
  • Maintain a historical database of costs
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience estimating Civil Infrastructure and Underground Utilities projects
  • Well-versed in estimating principles, including reviewing conceptual estimates
  • Ability to communicate collaboratively and work effectively as a team player
  • Advanced computer skills with estimating software, including heavy bid and excavating software
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong communication skills
