Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at GPAC, a reputable search firm specializing in connecting professionals with top companies across various industries in the United States. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in evaluating project documents, identifying potential risks, and preparing detailed cost estimates for Civil Infrastructure and Commercial Construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate project documents and identify potential risks to ensure successful project execution
  • Manage project logistics and schedules to meet client expectations
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs, to ensure accurate budgeting
  • Participate in pre-construction activities and engage in client meetings to build strong relationships
  • Maintain a comprehensive cost database to support informed decision-making

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in estimating Civil Infrastructure/Underground Utilities projects
  • Proficient in estimating principles and conceptual estimates to deliver high-quality results
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Advanced computer skills, preferably in Heavy Bid and excavating software, to streamline estimating processes
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously
