Position Summary
The Instructor/Official plays a vital role on the sports field, tasked with upholding regulations while fostering a positive environment, acting as an on-field mentor, and promoting the programs. This position significantly influences players, coaches, and spectators during each game day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehend and enforce the i9 Sports rulebook to ensure a fun, educational, and safe experience for all participants
  • Instruct and exemplify core principles, including sportsmanship values
  • Manage game timing and scoring; adjust instruction and competition levels appropriately for age groups
  • Exhibit a consistently positive demeanor and exceptional customer service skills
Qualifications
  • Strong communication abilities (email, text, verbal, written)
  • Experience in officiating, playing, or coaching specific sports
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and resolving issues
  • Ability to take charge in various situations to ensure player safety
  • Positive outlook and strong capacity to establish professional relationships
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and some evenings
  • Must successfully pass a National Criminal Background Check
  • Reliable transportation and dependability are essential

Salary range is $24.00, DOE
