Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and coordinating clinical activities. Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Coordinate clinical activities, including medication management, lab results, and test ordering
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse
  • Current AHA or ARC BLS certification
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN desirable
  • Two to four years acute care/specialty nursing experience; 1 to 3 years previous experience in charge/supervisory position desirable
