The Clinical Nurse Coordinator is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and coordinating clinical activities. Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Coordinate clinical activities, including medication management, lab results, and test ordering
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse
- Current AHA or ARC BLS certification
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN desirable
- Two to four years acute care/specialty nursing experience; 1 to 3 years previous experience in charge/supervisory position desirable
