- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Coordinate clinical activities, including medication management, lab results, and test ordering.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
- Current AHA or ARC BLS certification.
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN desirable.
- Two to four years acute care/specialty nursing experience; 1 to 3 years previous experience in charge/supervisory position desirable.
