Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Position: Mailroom and Payment Processing Specialists
Compensation: $16.25 per hour
Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Available Shifts: Friday to Monday, including Saturday and Sunday only
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate OPEX mail sorting machinery (training will be provided).
- Understand and adhere to daily mail preparation protocols.
- Verify customer identities and P.O. Box details.
- Sort and extract mail, including Medical Explanation of Benefits and Auto Insurance Claims, categorizing by payment type (check, credit card, non-payment).
- Utilize OPEX scanners for document scanning.
- Input scanned information into the Lockbox platform.
- Organize and securely file daily scanned documents.
- Shred completed work within 14 business days.
Required Skills:
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry capabilities.
- Fundamental math skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to be cross-trained across various departmental functions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to meet daily productivity targets.
- Proficient in Data Entry, MS Office, and MS Word.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Must be available to work the designated schedule.
