Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Credit/Accounts Receivable team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Conduct credit investigations and collect delinquent accounts, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Review and analyze credit reports, financial statements, and other relevant data to assess credit risk and make informed decisions.
  • Establish and maintain credit limits on customer accounts, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
  • Review and approve accounts receivable adjustment batches, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage engineering accounts and ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Prepare and submit monthly credit status reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Supervise cash application activity, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in Excel, with experience in credit and collections a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred, with relevant work experience in credit and collections.
