Join Our Team as a Behavior Technician
Success On The Spectrum is a prominent ABA therapy franchise dedicated to equipping children with Autism with essential life skills. Our approach merges the most effective strategies from Applied Behavior Analysis with engaging, play-based learning experiences. We primarily utilize Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and emphasize generalization through frequent excursions. Our mission is to nurture children into capable and fulfilled adults, thereby enhancing their overall quality of life.

We are in search of enthusiastic and energetic Behavior Technicians who are interested in full-time roles. Success On The Spectrum offers comprehensive training for our Behavior Technicians and will cover the costs for your 40-hour certification course to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

For those looking to further their careers in ABA, we provide opportunities to become a Behavior Analyst intern. You can benefit from our national partnerships with various universities, as Success On The Spectrum is an approved practicum site for several institutions. Additionally, we offer discounted tuition for graduate programs at Purdue University.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Center-based work from Monday to Friday, 7:45 am - 4:30 pm.
  • Home-based client sessions from Monday to Thursday, 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm.
  • Preparation and creation of client materials.
  • Direct implementation of Individualized Treatment Plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Incorporation of sensory activities into sessions (Arts, Crafts, Activities, Games).
  • Documentation of client data using the Central Reach program.
  • Conversion of appointments into billing.
  • Writing detailed SOAP notes.
  • Participation in weekly team meetings with the BCBA.
  • Engagement in weekly performance goal meetings with the CEO.
  • Attendance at quarterly in-service training and team bonding events.
  • General cleaning responsibilities.
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the BCBA or office manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
  • CPR/BLS Certification.
  • No criminal background.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and maintain physical activity.
